Earth Day 2025 calls for the urgent scaling up of clean energy generation, aiming to triple global renewable energy capacity by 2030. Aligned with this vision, ISBR Business School curated a series of thought-provoking and action-oriented activities to sensitize students on pressing global challenges such as climate change, global warming, and waste management.

Driving Behavioural Change: ‘Nudge the Commuter’ Challenge
In a unique initiative aligned with the upcoming launch of the Electronics City Metro Station, students participated in the ‘Nudge the Commuter Behaviour’ challenge. In teams, they brainstormed strategies to encourage sustainable commuter practices, promoting public transport adoption as a means to reduce urban carbon footprints.
Creativity Meets Sustainability: Waste Management Innovation
To foster innovation and practical application of sustainability principles, students were provided with a waste materials kit and tasked with developing functional products within a limited time. The exercise sparked remarkable creativity, leading to innovative upcycling solutions that demonstrated both environmental awareness and entrepreneurial thinking.
